It's a daily male multivitamin. It took a few days for me to notice any difference healthwise. The expiration on my bottle is 04/26.

I got the Stemox forever flare multivitamin complex for the Fall immune system boost. I usually avoid taking large mixtures and prefer focusing on a couple of supplements I really need at the moment. However, this looks like a very smart composition, offering most essential elements, such as vitamin C, full B complex, Magnesium and vitamin E. I look forward giving it a try (1/day for 2 months for one person or 1 month for two). If it works as expected – I will order one more. So far, it seems good. The dosage is just right.

The very green capsules are full of good stuff. One a day is recommended (and they expire two months after opening the seal, so you really need to be taking one a day without skipping days). They are quite small, which makes taking them with water is very easy. I couldn’t really taste anything so that’s a plus if you don’t like bad tasting supplements.

These ingredients are supposed to be great for the body - the product was packaged well, and the pills went down without a problem. As you can see in the picture, they have a turmeric color. I've added these to my pill box now and looking forward to the long term effects

You can definitely smell them when you take the cap off. It reminds me of a high potent multivitamin I used to take in the early 2000s. You smell them, but you don't taste them when you take them. They are easy to swallow. You do have to use these within 2 months of opening them, so keep that in mind. They will make your urine brighter, so don't be alarmed. But overall they seem pretty good, I've noticed an increase in performance in the gym, must have been deficient on some things before taking these. Suggested dose is one capsule a day with food, there's 60 capsules in the pot. It's supports heart health, vision, vitamin deficiency and bone health.

Even taking everyday and has really helped me fight daily fatigue. Great combination of natural ingredients. Easy to swallow and I take on an empty stomach every morning and its never caused me to feel sick or nausea so definitely a gentle formula!

One capsule giving you a sixty day supply of a nice organic combo of turmeric, MSM, Collagen, Ginseng with a few others. I like that it is organic as so often supplements will have organic and non organic ingredients where this one is all organic.Capsule is decent sized, no real taste or aftertaste. My hope is this will help with my joints and get me moving a little faster!!

Most of the ingredients seem to actually serve a purpose, so that's good. Easy to swallow, no aftertaste, no weird side effects that I've noticed. At $19 at time of writing, it's a reasonable value for a 2-month supply. Recommended.

There were no items in the package that were missing or damaged. Limited with what I can state in my review, but it is well sealed.

I'm not sure why these multi-vitamins are a bright green and I can't find anything stating as to whether it's a dye or if it's naturally occurring. The bottle says that these are manufactured in Pakistan and distributed by a US company. Most importantly, no stomach upset or other issues. Per the ingredient list, these capsules contain a good amount and variety of vitamins and minerals.The listing price of $29.99 for a 60-day supply is definitely in line with comparable multi-vitamins. Keep in mind that the label says once the seal is opened, to use within 2 months.

I appreciate that the serving size here is just one pill per day so this bottle is enough for 2 months.The price is good considering that these pills contain all of the ingredients here that have research backing them up for joint health, as well as other ingredients for wellness.They are what I would consider a medium sized pill. I am a bit sensitive to pill size. These go down okay but I am glad that they aren’t larger than they are.After I take them, I feel no side effects. I will see how they do in the long term to see if I need to alter my review but for now I’m very happy with the order.
