Return Process

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Klarna, Shop Pay, or credit/debit card) within 7–10 business days after your return is approved.

If you paid using Klarna's "Pay Later" service, your payment plan will be updated, paused, or canceled accordingly based on the refund amount.

If you paid using Shop Pay (Shopify Payments) or made a full one-time payment, the refunded amount will be returned directly to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace a product, please follow the return process and place a new order.
